Project overview
I am looking for a highly motivated, Human Resources assistant to support our 350+ person team. Candidates would be assisting with payroll administration, benefits administration, new hire on-boarding, HRIS management and miscellaneous administrative tasks and projects. Candidates would be expected to have experience in payroll management systems such as ADP, ADP Workforce Now. Candidates must be strong communicators, resilient and uphold a high level of integrity while paying great attention to detail in addition to fulfilling the following tasks; Processing Payroll and assisting with payroll discrepancies Working with sensitive and confidential information Collecting benefits communications Performing I-9 audits Investigating ACA compliance Leading Short term projects Assisting with long term projects Handling administrative tasks Job Requirements Associates degree or higher in Human Resources Management or Business Advanced computer skills (Email, Microsoft Officer, Payroll Systems, Time and Attendance Systems) Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient time management skills Must pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS Security Group Basic Security Officer Training
