Role Overview As a Bilingual Sales Opener, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations about their financial situation and introducing debt relief solutions with empathy and confidence. This is a contract-based remote role through GoLance, ensuring payment security and long-term remote work. Key Responsibilities Engage potential clients via phone using an automated dialer Build trust through empathy, professionalism, and strong communication Guide conversations, handle objections, and motivate clients toward next steps Maintain high-quality interactions while meeting daily call targets Requirements Fluent English and Spanish (verbal and written) Available 40 hours/week (PST schedule) Strong computer skills (Microsoft tools, dialers, Teams experience preferred) Reliable computer, wired high-speed internet, and USB headset Comfortable in a high-volume call environment Basic understanding of financial concepts preferred
