About the Role This is a full-time remote role for an HCBS Account Executive. The HCBS Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing business partnerships with Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) providers. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with current clients, increasing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. The HCBS Account Executive will also work with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and achieve targets. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop business partnerships with HCBS providers Identify new business opportunities Maintain relationships with current clients Increase sales and ensure client satisfaction Work with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and achieve targets Qualifications/Requirements Sales and client relationship management skills Experience with Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) or similar fields Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in using technology platforms and CRM systems Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
