Successful candidates for this job must believe in these core values wherein we function as a team towards a common business goal, relationships, and growth. *Skills and Experience - Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate. - 3+ years in US Telesales. - Excellent computer skills (Score 18 or > of 20 in computer test). - Organizational and closing skills. - Highly motivated, determined, and with friendly personality. - Well versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call. - Influencer who can deliver sales pitch and upsell like a charm. - Self-learners with high grasping ability. - Ability to work at least 40 hours per week. - Willingness to work different/rotational shifts including weekends. - Must be ok to travel to USA (Company paid). *Must Have - Two stable internet connections with good speed (Primary 100mbps download speed/40 mbps upload speed and Backup 50mbps download speed/20 mbps upload speed). - Must be a fiber optic internet. - Power backup (Enough to cover 8-9 hours of your shift). - Quiet working environment. ***Our office operates on weekends, as well as late hours too. ***This position pays a base salary based on experience and competence.
