Project overview
We have an accounting client who we are using a combination of Freshbooks and QBO to manage. The client prefers Freshbooks for timetracking their subcontractors and generating time reports to create invoices, but we are maintaining financial records in QBO. A problem originated sometime during the data import from Freshbooks to QBO. We have a mess of transactions dated 2020 and quite a bit sitting in undeposited funds. We need help cleaning this up, especially redating and tracing deposits back to customer payments. This is a simple file cleanup that we will oversee and provide specific directions for, but we need someone very strong in both Freshbooks and QBO.
