MénageSimple is a modern company that connects great handpicked cleaners with domestic employers that need recurring or one-off services. As we are expanding in "Suisse Romande", we are looking to hire the best Customer Support - Operation Manager out there in order to fill a key position in our Operation Team, and grow our team toghether. The "Customer support" part of this job is essential to keep a healthy relationship with clients, and helping unsatisfied ones become loyal fans. We achieve this results through: - Answering phone calls, Live Chat and emails to current and potential customers. - Arranging plannings of the cleaners - Managing cleaner's requests through Slack The "Operation Manager" part of the job will see you directly involved with the owner in different tasks fundamental to the improvement and correct functioning of the company. In particular you will: - Supervise our Customer Support, HR and cleaning team, and coordinate their efforts and plannings in order to achieve higher standards of service and performances - Report directly to the owner about any inefficiencies in the current processes and about the overall performance of the teams - Update and improve our training materials, FAQ section, blog etc. (Video/SEO/SEM related skills are a big advantage for this position). As a fairly small company, it is fundamental to have with us not just a great worker, but also a remarkable team player. If: - You can manage well stressfull situations, and strive to overdeliver and perform better than you are asked to - You have a flawless french (written and oral) and an average level of English. German would be a big plus - You are at ease with online softwares and/or have previously used Zendesk, Slack, Launch27 or Tawk.to - You have a 15+ Mb internet connection with a recent enough computer with 8 GB of RAM (and thus can keep open multiple tabs on your browser) - You have previous experience in a cleaning company and/or in a similar position - You have an entrepreneur-like mindset, are solution oriented and able to work with a great level of autonomy ... you would be a great fit for our team!
