Create, submit and follow up on all current & outstanding business (forms, apps, transfers, wires, estate settlements, and any client paperwork) Answer phones and assist clients with whatever they need Keep a tickler file to follow up on any outstanding paperwork and to make sure everything submitted gets processed Maintain mail/check log Tend to any compliance issues that need to be taken care of Order office supplies Maintain advisor’s calendar, scheduling meetings with client and confirm appointments
