About the Role We are seeking a Finance Controller to lead the Finance department and drive strategic financial planning that ensures the organization’s long-term growth and financial health. This leadership role will work closely with the board of directors and be responsible for financial oversight, compliance, reporting, and optimization initiatives across the group. Key Responsibilities Ensure all regulatory and statutory obligations are filed accurately and on time Manage all tax obligations and drive direct and indirect tax optimization Oversee preparation and submission of statutory financial statements Implement digital transformation tools to automate financial workflows Deliver accurate and timely monthly management and board reports Lead preparation of the master budget for the group Introduce business intelligence tools and weekly insight dashboards Monitor working capital by reducing receivable and inventory days while optimizing payables Conduct monthly internal audits of direct costs vs. budget and address variances Optimize funding mix and capital utilization to maintain healthy cash balances Qualifications/Requirements CPA qualification required Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Finance Controller, or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards Experience working with international clients or multinational organizations Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance functions Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills About the Client Our client is a diversified global enterprise with investments in renewable energy, education, technology, asset management, and venture capital.
