We are looking for an expert to create Private Placement Memorandum for a communications company located in the United States. We are looking land a private investor for our company, and what someone who can lay out exactly what they are getting into with a Private Placement Memorandum. We want to insure document gives us security, and to our investor, in case questions arise later. We want this Private Placement Memorandum can help kickstart an open and honest business relationship. We want to hire someone who has done several PPM's before and knows exactly what they are doing.
