Mortgage Company needs motivated Loan assistant to join our team. Must be able to package files, input data, check for missing documentation from client, price loans, send loan to processor and followup on conditions. Must work US hours (9-5 or 10-6) Pacific Standard Time MUST be Flexible and ADAPTABLE! A TEAM Player and have the WILLINGNESS to help this company succeed! Requirements: 3 years of mortgage experience. Must be able to handle a pipeline of 20+ loans. Great to have DU/LP/FHA experience- ***THIS IS A STRONG REQUIREMENT*** Product guidelines on FHA conventional, know how to contact account executives to shop programs Familiarity with Encompass / Calyx Point is required YOUR ARE/HAVE: Willingness to learn, earn and grow.
