Mortgage Company needs motivated Loan assistant to join our team. Must be able to package files, input data, check for missing documentation from client, price loans, send loan to processor and followup on conditions. Must work US hours (9-5 or 10-6) MUST be Flexible and ADAPTABLE! A TEAM Player and have the WILLINGNESS to help this company succeed! Loan Software: Calyx Point and/or Encompass Requirements: 3 years of mortgage experience be able to handle a pipeline of 20+ loans great to have DU/LP/FHA experience-***THIS IS A STRONG REQUIREMENT*** product guidelines on FHA conventional, know how to contact account executives to shop programs Familiarity with Encompass / Point is required YOUR SKILLS: Willingness to learn, earn and grow. Work full time (30+ hours) Good working habits Good work ethics Team player Good Communication Skills Friendly Must work California hours 9-6pm
