About the Role MBA CONSULT US LLC is looking for Native Spanish Speaker - experienced debt collection professionals to join our growing team. If you have a background in collections, customer service, and negotiation, this is an opportunity to take your skills further in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. As part of our debt collection team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve outstanding cases with professionalism and empathy. This role requires resilience, strong communication, and the ability to balance firmness with customer care.
