We are need of an eCommerce Support Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities/Duties include: Assisting our clients how to use the software that we develop internally via web conferencing and over the phone Pursuing and maintaining relationships with providers we work with Customizing our software for automobile dealerships upon initial setup Creating and maintaining new administrative processes Managing new business workflow The ideal candidate would: Be highly detail-oriented Be highly organized Be a critical-thinker, good at solving complex problems Have excellent computer skills Be motivated to learn, assist and teach customers over the phone Be able to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication Have the desire to be a part of an ever-growing company in a highly dynamic environment
