ABOUT LIVEGLAM: LiveGlam inspires beauty enthusiasts by creating and curating monthly makeup products that work for them. We pride ourselves on keeping animals and your wallets happy. Founded in 2016 in the City of Angels, we are now a global team with a leadership group that’s predominantly female. From humble beginnings our #LiveGlamFam has grown significantly in 3 short years with 90+ team members, 2MM social media followers and 10MM+ products shipped. And our lipstick hasn't even started drying yet. BIG PICTURE: The E-Commerce/ Digital Marketing Manager at LiveGlam is responsible for the growth of our monthly beauty box subscriber base. This individual will be tasked with acquiring new subscribers through digital marketing efforts, capturing and analyzing customer data to make more informed marketing decisions and helping to maximize customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate is a strong balance between the creative side of digital marketing and the tactical side. The E-Commerce Customer Acquisition Manager should have a deep understanding of cross-functional digital marketing channels and will manage team members who run social media ads, retargeting, influencer marketing, broadcast and transactional emails, SMS, SEO, CRO and more. A strong understanding of viral video, social and influencer marketing is required in today’s rapidly evolving marketing landscape. Most importantly, the E-Commerce Customer Acquisition Manager is responsible for maintaining and increasing our explosive subscriber growth. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME: Overseeing three main objectives: customer acquisition, data collection/analysis, and customer retention/lifetime value Managing cross-functional digital marketing efforts including social media ads, retargeting, influencer marketing, broadcast and transactional emails, SMS, SEO, CRO and more Working with our Creative Director and Business Development Director to develop creative marketing campaigns that acquire long-term subscribers at the lowest cost possible Setting and achieving sales budgets, goals and target KPI’s Hiring, managing and training the best sales team possible to achieve company growth goals Operating with a data-driven approach to optimize ad campaigns and allocate resources to the best performing ads and channels Analyzing competition, advertising trends and coming up with innovative ideas Positioning LiveGlam is an innovator in digital marketing and placing a particular focus on viral, video, social and influencer marketing campaigns Learning and adapting quickly Providing weekly and monthly sales reports WHAT YOU HAVE: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in director or managerial digital sales roles Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital sales and marketing Must have extensive experience with lifestyle or beauty brands Extensive creative and tactical experience running cross-functional digital marketing ad campaigns Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals A deep understanding and/or passion of the beauty industry is strongly preferred Experience working with a physical product subscription also strongly preferred Ability to train and manage a sales team Ability to coach constructively, provide effective feedback and work in a rapidly evolving environment Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills WHO OVERSEES YOU: The E-Commerce Customer Acquisition Manager will report directly to the Director of Revenue and Growth and will have regular interaction with all sales and growth efforts.
