Project overview
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about selling, focused on mastering their craft of SaaS/Fintech sales execution and leadership, and constantly curious about how to evolve the sales process, team and tactics to achieve more quality and quantity. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue, monitoring and reporting on sales goals, and adjusting tactics as needed to reach them. You will also work closely with other executives to drive strategic direction and resource allocation for the company. This position manages all functions of revenue generation including our team of AP Financial Consultants, CSM’s and Account Managers. Key responsibilities: • Developing the existing team • Recruiting team members • Advising Reps on their current pipeline • Optimize the sales process and tactics • Define and optimize our sales strategy and team strategy • Close Business Revenue Drivers: • New Account Growth through our strategic partnership channels • SaaS Renewal Rates • Assist in channel management of our strategic partners You are: • Scrappy with a team spirit • Isn’t just a coach but can jump in take some at bats and deliver a win when needed • Interested in building the team and processes the way you want. • Experienced at scaling sales execution and teams • Effective at channel management • A technology enabled leader • Equipped to manage remote teams well • Great at defining KPI’s that drive insight and performance
