About the Role Liquibase is the leader in Database DevOps. Downloaded more than 100 million times, our software enables DevOps teams around the globe to accelerate the software delivery process by automating database updates, security, and governance. We are a nimble, fast-paced, innovative team with the opportunity to make an outsized impact on the business and the industry. Liquibase is looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital advertising and web experience. You’ll be responsible for driving qualified pipeline through paid media, website conversion, and SEO initiatives, working closely with demand generation, product marketing, and sales. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search, Reddit, and Stack Overflow, with a focus on pipeline efficiency and ROAS Build and manage audience targeting through 6sense, Metadata, and Hubspot Write and test ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs that convert. Strong copywriting is a must! Develop and execute A/B tests and CRO tactics to improve website conversion rates Monitor SEO performance and implement best practices to increase organic traffic Report on performance against pipeline and closed-won revenue targets Collaborate with content and product marketing to align messaging across channels Stay on top of ad platform changes, competitive trends, and growth opportunities Qualifications/Requirements 3–6 years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally developer tools or DevOps Proven success managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and niche communities Experience using Hubspot, Metadata.io, and 6sense Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and website CRO Excellent copywriting skills for both ads and landing pages Deep understanding of digital funnel metrics and ROAS as it relates to pipeline and revenue Highly analytical and performance-focused, with attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Benefits Remote First culture, potential for company-wide in-person gatherings Home office allowance for remote workers Meaningful equity (US only) Comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits - country dependent Generous paid time off and paid holidays 401K matching (US only) No punks, no jerks culture Growth opportunities and ability to move up within the company
