Position Title: Digital Content Creator / Sales Lead Department: Marketing / Sales Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Content Creator / Sales Lead to join our team. This hybrid role involves creating engaging digital content for various platforms while also generating and nurturing sales leads to help expand our customer base. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content that aligns with our brand and business goals while identifying and reaching out to potential clients. Work Expectations: Content Creation: Develop creative and high-quality content (blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics, email newsletters, etc.) that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. Manage and update content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement across all digital channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content is optimized for SEO and audience engagement. Stay updated on the latest content trends, tools, and techniques to maintain high standards. Sales Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, industry databases, social media, etc.). Track lead progress and engagement, following up with prospects in a timely manner. Provide regular reporting on lead generation efforts, conversions, and sales pipeline health. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align content strategies with sales goals. Participate in team meetings to discuss content performance, lead generation strategies, and ways to improve outreach efforts. Regularly report on content engagement metrics and lead generation results. Skills & Qualifications: Content Creation: Proven experience in digital content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and content best practices. Experience with SEO and keyword research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives action. Strong communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Sales Lead Generation: Strong research skills and ability to identify and target potential clients. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement. Other Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently.
