As a Digital account specialist, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining client relationships. Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
. Present digital strategies for assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends. This is more of a client facing business development/sales-based/customer service role. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Digital account manager
. Hands on experience with CRM software
. In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms. Experience with customer service and account management
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Strong analytical skills. Payment terms: Hourly, as needed. Pay rate : $5/hour Only experienced candidates need apply.
