Project overview
We are looking for a full-time, tenacious Customer Success Specialist
who possesses a strong drive for results. You will join a smart, spunky, and
passionate team of relationship builders, who have a heart for the customer. Duties will include a range of tasks such as maintaining
ongoing customer relationships and implementing communication plans. What you’ll do: Analyze customer spend to determine type of communication needed. Send communications to customers at designated points in their experience. Escalating customer issues as needed. Leverage our CRM Pipedrive for managing customer status and communication. Manage sending of monthly reports to customers. Creation of on-demand reports and other support of Customer Success team as needed. What you’ll bring: Excellent English written and verbal skills Analytical skills to prioritize where their efforts will deliver engagement dividends. A proactive, intentional approach in handling customer communication and challenges. Proven ability to work and succeed in a self-motivated, fast-paced environment. RewardWorks, integrates with many accounting systems to automate the process of
identifying, paying and closing invoices by credit card. Our Customer Success
team is deeply invested in encouraging our customers to understand and use our
RewardWorks software successfully.
