Characteristics of a perfect respondent: - Respond quickly and accurately to incoming customer inquiries. - Highly adept using Customer Support tools such as Zen-desk. - Has experience developing automation scripts and templates. - Works in the USA and can work on a USA schedule. Energetic Customer Service Representative with 3+ years of experience resolving complex customer inquiries. Passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, and increasing customer engagement. You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: Do you have any questions about the job description? Do you have suggestions to make this project run successfully? What challenging part of this job are you most experienced in? What part of this project most appeals to you?
