Project overview
Hi There, I am looking for an experienced customer service representative that is available every day for 2-3 hours a day. The job entails answering emails from customers that come into our brand's customer service email inbox. Right now we have 3 different brands and plan to expand in 2025. A lot of the emails that come in from customers are very similar in nature, and we use templates to help make the process of responding to the customer quicker and easier. You will be trained by our existing customer service representative throughout the month of February and then take it over 100% by yourself after that. It's important to note that I always build long-standing relationships with the people I hire. I have team members that have been with me for 10 years. I take pride in choosing and treating my team with respect. The most difficult part about the hiring process for me is finding the right people that are dedicated, have quality top of mind, and are fast and efficient.
