Project overview
As a Customer Service Representative, You are responsible for providing support to our Clients via different channels such as Email, Chat and over the Phone. You are expected to provide the best customer support, identify opportunities to further enhance relationship with our new and existing clients, Resolve complaints in a respectful and timely. You are also to ensure that the customers are fully satisfied. This is a Remote position, You must be a US resident in order to qualify for this position. Pay Rate: $32/hour Qualifications: You must be a US resident. with Customer Service Experience Good Working Computer (i3 and up) Good quality headset with Noise Cancelling feature
