Training and Mentoring support provided In this position, the representative communicates with customers, provides information about products and services, guides and helps customers understand the products and processes information, helps and follows-up with customers with additional information. * Responsibilities :
* Able to communicate with customers by phone, email or chat
* Build lasting customer relationships
* Resolve customer inquiries based on the their needs and update information into the system Qualifications :
* High School Diploma and/or Highest Level of Education Certification/Diploma
* Basic Computer skills
* Must be English speaking (and / or Spanish speaking but not required) Preferred Skills / Experience :
• Basic understanding of products, services, problem resolution practices and procedures, applicable regulations, systems and procedures
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proven commitment to high quality customer service
• Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: Do you want to work from home?
