Project overview
Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and SMS In charge of Inbound and Outbound Manifests Communicate with customers and shippers regarding delivery information Tracking and handling orders for Dispositions, Transfers and Returns Tracking and handling Damages, Repairs and Claims Creating efficient delivery routes, incorporating travel and service times Coordinate with Warehouse and other departments Assisting Drivers for any delivery concerns Qualifications: Must have a BPO experience in Customer Service of at least two years Previous experience in Logistics is a plus Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Can work under pressure Have strong organizational and time management skills A self-motivator and someone who is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement Strong level of independence and efficiency Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Positive, enthusiastic, goal-oriented Excellent level of written and verbal English communication Advanced computer skills Proficient in Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and MS Office Willing to work on a graveyard shift At-home resources you need to have: Internet Speed of at least 25mbps Desktop/Laptop with - CPU / Processor i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required, Windows 10 or Mac and Ram of at least 4GB Headset with noise cancellation Dedicated quiet, private workspace
