Project overview
Looking for smart and hard working customer service representatives who will make sure that customers are satisfied, feel secure, and will increase customer loyalty. This customer service job will be primarily through email support, not call support. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has excellent grammar skills, great customer service attitude, and can respond in a timely manner to customers. Agents must keep the Client's business interest in line while handling customers and preventing refunds is key. There will be a 3-5 day training period which is paid at $1 an hour. This is educational and the trainee will provide little to no value while being trained. However, we believe that paying $1 an hour is fair reimbursement for this learning period. The pay rate will be $2 an hour to start, with room to improve rapidly. Agents who perform well will be considered for Supervisor, Manager, and Trainer positions.
