A leading website builder platform is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist, a team player that can provide extraordinary service to our customers with a strong focus on customer retention. Pay: Hourly base + KPI bonuses Basic Qualifications: Excellent written communications skills and enthusiasm to help English level - Fluent/Native Experience in customer service/support/sales Experience and understanding of the website-building field Excellent analytical and organizational skills Excellent time management skills, attention to detail Strong multi-tasking skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented Creative thinker, independent worker, and problem solver Preferred Qualifications: Sales experience Additional languages Knowledge of HTML and CSS Experience with other website builder platforms Responsibilities: Reviewing and examining customer cases, focusing on retention and customer relations. Handling dissatisfied customers and customers at risk of leaving. (Phone, Email, Chat) Handling billing inquiries, and processing customer payments, cancellations, disputes, and refunds. Maintaining a positive and self-motivated attitude
