**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Customer Experience Specialist** to join our team. This remote position is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our customers' experience after every home delivery. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for following up with clients promptly after delivery, gathering their feedback, and documenting the information to help drive continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make timely follow-up calls to customers immediately after each home delivery. - Gather and document feedback on the overall delivery experience, including customer satisfaction with the delivery team. - Address any customer concerns or questions and escalate issues as necessary. - Prepare and submit detailed reports based on customer feedback for leadership and operational teams. - Ensure that follow-up calls are completed within a set time frame post-delivery to maintain a high level of service. - Collaborate with internal teams to provide actionable insights from customer feedback. - Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills in all customer interactions. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and ability to document feedback clearly and accurately. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time efficiently. - Must be comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer feedback in a professional manner. - Experience using CRM systems or reporting tools is a plus. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple follow-up calls throughout the day. - Must be able to meet strict deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups. **Schedule:** Monday -Friday 9am-5pm EST **Compensation:** $4.00 If you are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team!
