The job As Customer Experience Specialist, you help us create and maintain a positive and on-going B2C customer experience. You enjoy any kind of interaction with our customers from all over the world, with an enthusiastic, spontaneous, pro-active and precise attitude. You will work in shifts in an international team, reporting into the Head of Customer Service.
