TeamBV25 is in need
of an: Inbound Cust Care
(Phone) and/or Inbound Cust Care (Chat) and/or Inbound Cust Care (Email) *** Inbound Cust
Care answers all calls coming in (through phone, chat or email) and asking for
help or any general information about what we do, requirements to avail our
service, questions, follow-ups, additional requirements needed, etc. *** Our Cust Care
Team gives out all information needed or any answers to inquiries or concerns
the customer is calling about, process it and set proper expectations about the
turnaround time. They must be very helpful, quick thinker and has the utmost attention
to details and expert in multi-tasking/navigation as they need to answer all
questions in the fastest and most efficient way possible. For a start
(probably in a few months), calls are very minimal but we wanted someone to
take the calls as it rings. We require somebody
who is working with another Client during the hours of operation (8:00am CST -
5:00pm CST) as we are expecting to get only 1 to 5 calls in a day max for the
first few months. You must have a US
phone number as well and all the equipment needed for this position. Please
