Project overview
I'm looking to hire a CPA and financial adviser for my business to help me plan some projects coming up. While my company has existed for about 6 years, it is really just a side business I run. It is still in the "start-up" range of profit. I sell goods made overseas online via Amazon and my own e-commerce website. I had a successful kickstarter project this year and will soon be entering into some agreements with people to sell notebooks they help to design. I am not sure how best to arrange the payment structure on these project, nor do I know what would be the best way to set them up as it relates to tax filings.
