Project overview
WHO ARE WE? We are a European online store, operating at 12 European markets. We want to expand our customer support team, so we are looking for a hard working and communicative individual or agency to make and accept phone calls for us in the local language. WHAT DOES THE WORK INVOLVE? -Taking calls; take orders, communicate with customers
-Calling customers; regarding package acceptance, order processing and obtaining new orders
-We are looking for native POLISH speaker WORKING HOURS, everyday 2-3 hours.
