ABOUT DHAR MANN STUDIOS: Dhar Mann Studios is a video production company aimed at creating positive content for the social media generation. These short, motivational videos focused on life, business, and relationships receive over 1 Billion views monthly and have garnered over 23 Billion views on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. The team is led by Dhar Mann, a mission-driven entrepreneur with a global audience of over 56 Million social media followers and one of the highest viewed content creators in the world today. These compelling stories depict real life situations shown by actors that teach important life lessons, inspired by Dhar Mann's personal experience of success and failure. BIG PICTURE: Our International Community Associate and Translator plays a pivotal role in our success by being on the frontlines of our brand communications on social media for our Spanish channels. The perfect candidate will manage all community feedback pertaining to our brand on social networks including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. This person knows how to tactfully communicate with our viewers to make them feel appreciated and proud to be a part of our community. This individual will also interpret our current (English) written, audio and video content into Spanish, making sure to maintain original meaning, format and tone. Ultimately, this person will be providing ready-to-use translated content that will help us engage with our audience. To be successful in this role, this individual should have a keen eye for detail and be fluent in both English and Spanish. We’re looking for someone upbeat, creative, well spoken, positive, and engaging! HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME: Engaging with our community in Spanish and responding to comments on social media Routinely monitoring all major social networks and any places where our community is interacting about our brand Liking, commenting and building relationships with our community Maintaining a Google Sheet that ensures all social platforms are routinely being monitored Continually seeking to improve community wellbeing and happiness Translating all written English content into Spanish Proofreading translations done by 3rd parties for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy Creating weekly thumbnails in Spanish using templates for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram WHAT YOU HAVE: At least 2+ years of experience working in social community management Speak, read, and write fluently in at least two languages, including English and Spanish Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail and excellence in written responses to our viewers Proven ability to drive team performance and improve community satisfaction Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Excellent computer skills and proficiency using various e-commerce software programs in addition to G-Suite (including Drive, Mail, Sheets, and Docs) Must have Adobe Photoshop
