BIG PICTURE: Our Dhar Mann Studios Community Associate plays a pivotal role in our success by being on the frontlines of our community communications on social media and helping to resolve community issues right away. The Community Associate manages all community feedback pertaining to our brand on social networks including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and more. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who has exceptional written communication skills and knows how to tactfully communicate with our audience to make them feel appreciated and proud to be a part of our community. The perfect person will also have some project management skills such as: the ability to coordinate communications (often across departments), maintain meticulous organization, set goal-oriented deadlines and make sure all necessary action items get done on time. We’re looking for someone upbeat, creative, well spoken, positive, and engaging! HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME: Routinely monitoring all major social networks and any places where our community is interacting about our brand Maintaining a Google Sheet that ensures all social platforms are routinely being monitored Liking, commenting and building relationships with our community Continually seeking to improve community happiness and wellbeing Informing our department heads of larger issues that may require attention Recommending improvements based on community feedback to various other departments Maintaining meticulous organization using appropriate platforms (Skype, Monday.com , Google Drive) Making recommendations for improvement to increase efficiency Completing all related reports and updates in a timely manner Helping to project manage additional tasks as needed WHAT YOU HAVE: At least 3+ years of experience working in customer service At least 2+ years of experience working in social community management At least 2+ years of experience working in project management Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail and excellence in written responses to our viewers Proven ability to drive team performance and improve our communities satisfaction Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to multitask, work in a team environment, and adjust to established work patterns Ability to create detailed reports and graphs (experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required, and Monday.com and Skype are preferred) Excellent computer skills and proficiency using various e-commerce software programs in addition to G-Suite (including Drive, Mail, Sheets, and Docs) Strong analytical and reporting skills Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others
