Project overview

Stable SaaS provider looking for a technical support ninja that can participate in our professional services initiative. We're looking to increase service levels to our clients by offering assistance with polishing and implementation of our embedded product. You'll be working with our support team, engineering team, and clients to ensure that the best user experience is achieved. Your success will ultimately be dependent on 1) How well you communicate with everyone, both internally and externally 2) consistency and reliability of your work 3) commitment to deadlines Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript is required to integrate our product onto client websites. You may also be tasked to assist with cross department initiatives. QA and DeBugging experience a plus but not required. Training Phase: 20-25 hours, after training 30-35 hours a week commitment
