Project overview
I am looking to market to Property Management Companies that are managing 10 or more units (ideally 100 or more units), Home Owner's Association (HOA's) and larger commercial properties. The ideal candidate needs to be very proficient in English, be organized, handle rejection well and be able to turn "cold leads" into "warm leads". The candidate will have to work with the head of marketing, Thomas, to be able to come up with a simple yet effective plan to turn "cold leads" into "warm leads". These warm leads would then be turned over to an "onsite" sales person who would contact these warm leads via the phone, email and then in person to establish and secure a long term working relationship. The candidate will have to do some market research to come up with a list of 100-1000 customers to enter into a data base, like Excel, to keep clear and concise notes for follow up. This position may require initially about 20 hours a week for the first couple of months and depending on how things go these hours may be increased or decreased depending.
