Hello and thank you for looking at the post. I am looking for a results-driven cold caller that is high level, rejection proof, can endure long periods of tedious cold calling. Prospecting to cold targeted motivated seller leads including probates, foreclosures, absentee owners and divorces. The candidate will call and identify individuals that want to sell their homes. They will determine if they are looking for simply a cash offer or if they are looking to sell retail. We will be responsible for collecting information about home using our datasheet, situation and other details. If possible, setting an appointment to view the home as long as the criteria are approved. we utilize the MOJO dialing platform so experience in this would be helpful.
