QUALIFICATIONS • At least 6 months work experience in BPO Call Center or has Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, Upselling, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, B2B or B2C Calling ExperienceOR Telemarketing work experience • Should have AMERICAN or NEUTRAL ACCENT • Has working computer (at least Intel core i3 and 4GB RAM) • Stable internet connection (go to bandwidthplace.com and use CHICAGO server, min. 0.70 mbps Upload, min. 2mbps Download is and Ping NOT more than 300ms) • Quite background is a MUST! USB call center style headset with Noise Cancellation feature is Required.
