About the Role This is a full-time remote role for a GRADUATE Business Development Representative (sales). The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting inside sales activities, and building relationships with potential clients. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospects, communicating the value of our services, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business growth. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads Conduct inside sales activities Build relationships with potential clients Reach out to prospects and communicate the value of our services Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business growth Qualifications/Requirements Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong Communication and Sales abilities Experience in Business Development Experience in outbound engagement Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable Previous experience in the sales or prospecting industry is a plus Benefits Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm Salary: £23,800 - £25,000 base salary (dependent on experience) Plus OTE £2,000 - £4,000 Location: Remote
