About the Role You’ll drive outbound prospecting into founders and senior decision-makers across the SEA and ANZ startup ecosystem. You will also be the first point of contact for inbound website-booked meetings that fall in your time window—qualifying them sharply and ensuring a tight handoff to the AE/founder. Key Responsibilities Run targeted outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) for SEA & ANZ accounts. Build and maintain high-quality lead lists based on region-specific ICPs. Personalize outreach using triggers, context, regional nuances, and industry signals. Secure qualified meetings and create early-stage pipeline. Act as the first responder for website-booked meetings during your shift: quick qualification, confirm context/pain, lock agenda, hand off cleanly to AE/founder. Maintain clean, accurate tracking of activities and conversions in HubSpot. Experiment with messaging, angles, and outreach frameworks for each region. Stay sharp on SEA/ANZ ecosystem: funding rounds, expansions, hiring trends. Qualifications/Requirements 1–3 years in an outbound BDR/SDR role targeting international markets. Prior experience with SEA/ANZ markets is a plus (not mandatory). Strong written communication —crisp, smart, confident. Ability to engage founders, COOs, and functional heads with intelligent outreach. Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, etc. High ownership and ability to work independently in an early-morning shift. Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven role. Nice to Have Experience with HRTech, SaaS, EOR, payroll, recruiting, talent-tech. Experience working with VC-backed companies in SEA/ANZ (Sequoia SEA, Surge, East Ventures, etc.).
