About the Role We are looking for independent business development partners who want to represent our recruiting services to potential client companies and generate customer leads for us. This is not a salaried position. It is a commission-only, independent contractor opportunity where your earnings are tied directly to the revenue we generate from client introductions you make. You choose your hours, work remotely, and decide how much time to dedicate. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with companies in need of recruiting services (small, mid-sized, or large). Generate client introductions for us and get our sales team meetings with clients. Build and maintain a pipeline of your prospective client leads. Collaborate with our internal sales team to ensure smooth handoff of introductions. Qualifications/Requirements Individuals with experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, or HR solutions (preferred, not required). Professionals already working independently who want an additional revenue stream. Self-motivated people comfortable with performance-based earnings. Compensation This is a commission-only opportunity. You will receive 20% of the fee we collect from clients for every successful candidate placement with client leads generated by you.
