Project overview
I have built a successful software company that automates, optimizes, and scales social media marketing platforms. We currently have 30 active companies leasing our software and I have just expanded my new users by almost 15 so about a 50% increase. I am the co-founder who originally created this software for myself but have since then started leasing it to other marketing teams. We focus specifically on the affiliate advertising niche right now. I am looking for someone to step in and work on business development, operational procedure, and managing and hiring of support staff. My time is best spent out pitching to prospects and also working with the other co-founder on new feature ideas. I am a veteran in the affiliate marketing industry and have a wealth of knowledge and experience so I have a pretty easy time finding people to buy the software. I am looking for someone who will creatively design different pricing packages, with up-sells. Also, they should be good at streamlining the on-boarding and support process. We have a few support staff now however they are working on the requests of the clients over an IM platform as soon as they come in and its becoming overwhelming. We have created zendesk as well as tutorial videos but we need to polish this off to free up the time that is spent answering the same repetitive questions. I have ideas for other niches and other pricing points that I would also like you to help me test. Right now we target the very large teams who spend a ton of money on advertising, I think we could target others if we were branded correctly and had the right framework. Please only serious, english speaking, experienced people apply. Knowing about media buying / social media advertising is a must as that is the core function of the product as well as the information asked by the customers. The hours must be 5-8 hours a day preferably on the USA timezone, however Europe will work too as we have expanded to there most recently. Good speaking skills, presentation skills, management skills, and operation skills are a must. We are a quickly growing SaaS company so it is a great oppurtunity for the correct candidate.
