The Company is looking for a freelance Virtual Assistant to provide digital business analysis support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various business-related tasks, including answering business emails, business documentation, business operations, scheduling business meetings and other related tasks. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype and Zoom. Ultimately, you should be able to handle business projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision and follow the brief provided. Responsibilities → Respond to business emails → Schedule business meeting → Manage a contact list using CRM software → Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records → Organize managers’ calendars → Perform business research → Create business presentations, as assigned → Address employees queries → Provide business service as first point of contact Requirements → Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role → Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP → Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) → Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) → Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills → Excellent time management skills → Solid organizational skills → Proficiency in the English Language (minimum B2 level) → High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus Share your CV otherwise your proposal will not be considered.
