Searching for a Bookkeeping Coordinator candidate that is adept at accounting/bookkeeping skills and also good at communication and people skills. This job would require 20-25 hours a week, handling bookkeeping for several small companies with more hours required during tax preparation. Please submit a resume and Real Estate related references. Accounting/Bookkeeping Requirements • Quickbooks Online Experience • Investment Real Estate Related bookkeeping experience a must • Full data entry • Balance and Maintain Accurate Ledgers • Reconcile bank and credit card statements • Book assets per HUD • Book heavy intercompany transfers • Present financial reports each month to management for multiple companies • Understanding of classes, projects, and budgeting in the Quickbooks program • Monitor expenses in real-time • Handle book to tax adjustments for CPA firm • Coordinate bookkeeping with property management team(s) in place • Daily Communication with Controller in place • Statements and preparation of monthly reports Knowledge and Skills • Five years experience full-service accounting working in accounts payable, receivable and detailed general GL working knowledge • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles • Extensive experience with data entry, intercompany transactions, and asset recording • Proficiency in QuickBooks • Exceptional communication skills • Problem solving and Initiative • Ability to Audit
