Project overview
I need someone to do the bookkeeping of two companies plus go thru the emails, or weekly/monthly ask me about invoices and such that come around to then attach on the HK xero.com company account. The US company as long everything is categorized no inoices are needed at the moment. The HK company does little transactions, (max 10 a month) so it should be a pretty job maybe 1-2 hours a week. However I need someone that is forward and helpful as accounting is really not my straight and I need someone that is willing to let me know if anything else is necessary from my end. People with experience on Marketing companies (ecommerce, affiliate, cpa networks) is a huge plus.
