Key Responsibilities Maintain dynamism and proactivity across our social media platforms. Manage interactions with our online community, responding to comments and moderating live sessions. Answer direct messages and ensure effective communication with our followers. Assess the effectiveness of interactions using social media metrics and suggest continuous improvements. Qualifications/Requirements Bilingual (English-Spanish) Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media moderation or related roles Excellent spelling and writing skills Speed and accuracy in user responses Crisis management skills on social media Strong communication and empathy Knowledge of basic social media metrics and performance analysis Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple conversations at once Benefits Competitive compensation: Base hourly pay between $6-$9 USD/hour, (depending on experience).
