Project overview
Our team is in need of (1) Bilingual (Chinese-English) Supply Chain Facilitator and Finance Analyst. We are an international team of 13 people hiring a long-term bilingual (Chinese-English) personal assistant! Your daily tasks: - Be the Bridge: You are the Chinese-English facilitator between the entire team and our Chinese supplier & 3PL on sourcing products, inventory management, order processing, customer service, etc; - Be the Gatekeeper: You are the Finance analyst who has access to all the numbers and keeps our financial records up-to-date. You are analytical and insightful enough to notice the story behind the numbers and can write monthly reports. Of course, you are structured and can file all invoices in the right place. Please get in touch if: - You speak & write excellent Chinese and English (VERY IMPORTANT)! - You are structured, have great organizational skills, and an eye for detail; - You are resourceful and have a "can-do" attitude to solve a problem; - You are good at Excel/Google Sheets and have some bookkeeping knowledge. - You are an excellent project coordinator/facilitator.
