Project overview

This full-time position performs professional and administration human resources tasks in a variety of functional areas: Responsible for filling staffing needs on assigned hiring requests; including applicant intake, sourcing, screening, selection and application processing through the applicant tracking system Coordinate and post all internal and external job postings, which may also include job boards, print advertisements, and other sources as requested; m aintain Master Recruitment Source Listing; Work in conjunction with program managers to determine hiring priorities; Represent Savio at Career Functions/Events as assigned by the HR Director; Monitor/audit new electronic personnel files; Process all external Training registrations; Process all Benefit enrollments, terms, changes and verify vendor billings; Assist in maintaining the agency HRIS (Paychex HR Online) and applicant tracking system (Taleo) Keep up-to-date with industry standards and recruitment trends; Enter Medicaid billing into subsystems; Investigate Medicaid billing denials, re-submit for payment and reconcile accounts receivable payments; Medicaid eligibility confirmation communicated to department Coordinators; Additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in a related field) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Must be trustworthy and able to handle highly confidential information with care and discretion. Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with associates and candidates at all levels. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years related work experience. Previous experience working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality. Previous experience maintaining employment files and on-boarding new hires. Experience using Taleo and Paycom or other related HRIS systems. Experience working with billing systems and processing and/or reconciling accounts receivable.
