Project overview

We are looking for a part time bookkeeper to join our finance team. You will be part of a three-person team (One full time CPA and one full time bookkeeper) to work on three similar yet unique small businesses. The candidate MUST have practical experience using Quickbooks online. It is the only system we use in accounting. Responsibilities: -A/R Summary Report / collections (weekly) -Payment reminders for overdue clients: Payment Reminder emails -Billing to clients: Create manual invoices and send to client -Special Manual billing -CC Billing -Welcome Email and payment process for new clients -Monthly Clean up: Profit & Loss Report customer bill allocation -Record Vendors Bill in QBO, weekly billing and reconciliation -Bank Statement automatic and manual pulls -Categorizing bank feed and monthly recon. -Updated Spreadsheets -General client attentions -Supplier weekly and monthly payments Soft Skills: Detail oriented, analytical, responsible, great communication skills, a real good team player, fast learner, tech savvy, and organized. Languages: English is a must / Spanish is a plus Time Commitment: 20 hours per week. Preferable working Monday to Friday from 9am-1pm EST each day.
