The e-commerce giant needs full-time virtual customer service associates who will work from home to troubleshoot issues that customers may have over phone, chat and email. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS; - Must be 21 or older. -High School Diploma or equivalent.-Fluent English language proficiency required.-Strong typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.-Ability to participate and complete mandatory training (this schedule may be different from your production schedule upon hiring).- Process orders and resolve issues according to procedure.- Uphold company values and respect every customer.- Exude patience and ownership with each customer.- Ability to resolve conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers.- Relationship-Builder-Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.- 1+ year in a service environment dealing with the public. - Desire to continually learn COMPENSATION: -40% discount on products we sell -Part time $25.00/hr full time $40.00/hr nationwide, depending on experience.-Opportunities to earn incentive pay when the remote team meets performance goals-Part-time employees who work more than 20 hours per week receive benefits, including life and disability insurance, dental and vision insurance with premiums paid in full by Amazon, and funding towards medical insurance.
