Business Context: I have a small business as a private practice Life Coach, working with clients 1:1 who are seeking to make significant changes in their lives. I am in the early stages of building my practice and my roster of clients. Currently, my most developed audience for this business is via my LinkedIn presence (www.linkedin.com/in/mishavolf/) I am seeking a robust, sustainable, and on-going content-marketing process which will attract, qualify, and ultimately enroll clients who are aligned with my approach and methodology as a coach. This Job Post is to develop milestone 1 - a detailed Agenda document for a Discovery Call which you will lead me through to learn about my business, my needs, and my challenges. Vendors who meet selection criteria for the Agenda, will then be given the opportunity to deliver the milestone 2 - the Discovery Call, and to collect the information they would need in order to develop milestone 3: the Content Marketing Plan (CMP) -as described below. This job is for the development of the Discovery Call Agenda only . Develop a detailed Agenda (M1) for an introductory Discovery Call (M2). The purpose of the Discovery Call call will be for you as the Content Marketing Manager to collect information from me as the Client. The information you collect from this Discovery Call, you will then use to develop a comprehensive Content Marketing Plan (CMP) (M3). If selected as the Content Marketing Manager, you will then take this plan into execution. The Agenda (M1 - the piece being requests in this job post) for the Discovery Call (M2), which will inform the production of the CMP (M3), should specify: Anticipated length of the call Topics to be covered, information to collect, method of collection Overview of your approach to solving my marketing challenges Your understanding of my marketing challenges Next steps post Discovery Call, including: timeline + effort expected to deliver CMP In other words, the Discovery Call should be a thorough conversation at the end of which you have a clear understanding of my business and its needs, and I have a clear understanding of how you may be able to support my needs (i.e. you have permission to wow me with your Content Marketing skills and strategic leadership). The Content Marketing Plan (M3) should include at the minimum the following: Target performance outcomes and business objectives Market research objectives Channel and touchpoint strategy to reach the right audience 1 month sample content calendar Sample Posts should put forward a comprehensive content marketing strategy tailored to my business that's focused on the right channels to drive coaching client enrollment The goal of this milestone sequence is to select a Content Marketing Manager who will then take the CMP they've developed into an extended engagement for ongoing development, refinement, and execution, in collaboration with me as the Client.
